Important Shipping Information

Some larger items, such as heavy furniture pieces, have a handling fee associated with them.  This handling fee is referred to as a Home Delivery Surcharge.  You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives IF a Home Delivery Surcharge pertains to your order, with full details BEFORE your order is placed.  Larger items are shipped private label freight (not FedEx or UPS) due to the size and weight of the units.  Delivery instructions will be sent to our customer and must be followed exactly to insure proper delivery of the unit.
